IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any notification or cancels less than 5 hours will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

You get ONE reschedule that is transferable with your deposit. After that, you’ll forfeit your deposit, and will need to put another one down when rescheduling. I recognize that my time and my client’s time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
