Classic lash extensions involve one extension applied to each natural lash, providing a natural look. Volume lashes involve multiple lightweight extensions for a fuller, more dramatic effect. Hybrid lashes combine both techniques for a customized, textured look. Our lash stylists will help you choose the style that suits your preferences and enhances your natural beauty.

Lash extensions typically last between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. We require a fill (touch-up) every 2 to 3 weeks with at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining to maintain the fullness and perfection of your lash look. If you have less than 50% of your lashes remaining, we require a full set service.

While it's not forbidden, we advise against using oil-based or waterproof makeup products, as they can weaken the adhesive bond. If you do use makeup, choose oil-free and gentle products to ensure the longevity of your lash extensions.

When applied correctly by our skilled lash stylists, lash extensions are safe and do not damage your natural lashes. We adhere to strict application standards to ensure the health and integrity of your lashes.

If you no longer wish to keep your lash extensions, we offer a professional lash removal service. Simply book an appointment with us, and our skilled estheticians will safely and gently remove your lashes, even if they were applied at another salon. We’re here to ensure a comfortable experience and leave your natural lashes healthy and beautiful.

If you have sparse or no natural lashes, weak or damaged lashes, a medical condition that has caused lash loss, or severe allergies, you may not be a suitable candidate for lash extensions.
We’re happy to work with your unique beauty needs to find what works for you (if you aren’t a good candidate for lash extensions, our lash lift and tint might be a perfect solution).

If you have an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary removal. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in this case.

We offer a complimentary correction service, up to 30 minutes, within the first 48 hours after your appointment.
After the first 48 hours, any touch-ups will be considered a mini fill and charged accordingly. Additionally, if the lashes have been mistreated or proper aftercare wasn’t followed, we reserve the right to charge for a mini fill.
